Pre-enrollment Period is open for IDOA's I-COVER program, with applications able to be submitted at 8 am on Wednesday, April 15.  The program is first-come first served until all statewide acres and funds are allocated.

IDOA is implementing its inaugural Infield Conservation for Operationalizing Vital Ecosystem Resilience (I-COVER) Program.  The intent of the program is to promote the implementation of cover crops and adoption of new technologies to implement cover crops via the Parters for Conservation (PFC) Program.
